End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and eLOVEate(“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your access to and use of the eLOVEate mobile application (“App”)*, available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the App.

1. App Purpose and Services

The eLOVEate App is designed to support personal development by helping users build self-love, self-confidence, and a positive mindset.

The App may provide features including:

* Weekly self-improvement tasks

* Positive affirmations

* Motivational quotes

* Personal growth prompts and exercises

* Self-reflection activities

These features are intended for educational and motivational purposes only.

2. License Grant

eLOVEate grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a compatible mobile device for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

You may not:

* Copy, modify, or distribute the App

* Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the App source code

* Use the App in any unlawful or unauthorized way

3. User Accounts

Certain features of the App may require you to create an account.

You agree to:

* Provide accurate and current information

* Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

* Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

4. Personal Development Disclaimer

The content within the App, including affirmations, tasks, and motivational material, is provided for personal growth and self-improvement purposes only.

The App does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or professional counseling services.

Users experiencing mental health challenges should seek support from a qualified professional.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the App, including but not limited to:

* Text

* Graphics

* Quotes

* Branding

* App design and software

is owned by or licensed to eLOVEate and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without permission.

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

* Use the App for unlawful purposes

* Attempt to disrupt or compromise the App’s security

* Upload harmful code, malware, or automated scripts

* Misrepresent identity or impersonate others

Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through the App is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Platforms

This Agreement is between you and eLOVEate, not with Apple or Google.

Apple App Store and Google Play Store are not responsible for:

* Maintenance or support

Your use of the App must also comply with the respective platform’s terms of service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee:

* Uninterrupted availability

* Error-free functionality

* That the App will meet all user expectations

Use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eLOVEate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

This includes but is not limited to:

* Loss of data

* Loss of productivity

* Emotional or psychological interpretations of App content

11. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App and modify this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if a user violates this Agreement or engages in harmful or unlawful behavior.

Users may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from their device.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
